▶ Note▶ Note (Click here to enlarge the image below) (opens in a new window)

(opens in a new window)

  • Graduate students should examine the originality of their theses/dissertations. After confirming the similarity percentage with the advisor, please apply for the Library Review and sign the "J16 Originality Comparison Checklist(Oral defense) (opens in a new window)" before the Oral Defense. Prepare the related documents for the oral defense committee as reference.

  • After the oral defense, graduates are responsible for conducting the originality check on the final revised version of their thesis. Before graduation and completing the departure procedures, graduates must upload the“J19 Thesis Originality Verification Checklist (Final Version) (opens in a new window),” signed by their advisor, to the university's departure system.
    Please note that
Library Review is only required for the oral defense version; it is not required for the final version submitted during the departure process.

!! Attention !!
The WriteAid system (the National Central Library) must be accessed before completing the thesis uploading process.
Once the thesis has been uploading and approved by library, the comparison function can no longer be accessed!
