How to Access the Unviersity's Electronic Resources? 

If you are a currently enrolled student or a faculty/ staff member at Taipei Tech, you can have access to the electronic resources that the University has subscribed to. Go to the Library's home page and type your Account and Password (at the upper-right corner of the website). You can use e-resources, including databases, electronic journal articles, and e-Books available. 

Step 1: Go to the Library's home page and type your Account and Password. 

Step 2: Sign in to the Discovery System. 

Step 3: Enter a number of keywords, article titles, book titles, or authors while searching. You can go to “Advanced Search” using multiple words or phrases in your search.  

Step 4: You will find various types of bibliographies in the search results. For e-Books, click on the icon to select the entire URL to download the e-Book for viewing. For journal articles, click on the “full-text icon” to open the full text. 

Step 5: In your search for a database, please click on “Electronic Resources” -> “Databases,” enter the database name (e. g. IEEE, Scopus, SAE, EndNote, etc.). You can also click“Resource”button to browse relevant resources.

Step 6: After you find the relevant information or the URL to the said database, click on the URL address to use the database.
